Assessor feedback to student118 words
Assessor comments / feedback to student: To many reps on the speed development phase of complex training. Flow needs to be better in main phase, but got the bigger loaded exercise done 1st. Need to find solutions to regress the athlete. Also, needs to work on communication and be adaptable. Needed to be cued on communicating what the stage or exercise is. To many reps for speed development(8) good rest periods throughout. Mixed loads during session, good practise is to put the loaded jumps and more intense exercises at the start of the session and the lighter loads like tech work near the end. Needs to correct and mention faults, stop the exercise and adapt to a solution.
