Management notes: The clients felt safe and welcome, i pointed out the safety points of the reformer and building which relaxed them before beginning. One client possessed a shoulder injury so i kept monitoring her which made her feel looked after also. the flow of the class worked well with movements that used boxes and props being kept together.

Instructor reflection44 words

Reflection: The flow was good with no time being wasted on transition, the class goal was achieved. I felt i had a strong voice and projected it well throughout the class, i cued certain movements but maybe could have implemented more within the class.

Future planning30 words
