Class management & safety: There were only two spring changes throughout class. Attention put on breathwork throughout the various exercises
My takeaways for teaching: If I had reduced class numbers like this I would try pay a little more attention to individual’s form in the class
The class was well structured and challenging which everyone enjoyed
The teacher asked students where they felt the exercise which made the students more aware of where they could feel the exercises in their own bodies

The teacher then moved on to feet in straps and hands in straps and ended with some balancing exercises

The verbal instructions were really clear and broken down which helped the student follow along
Class management & safety: The class flow was well put together and had three spring changes
My takeaways for teaching: The use of other Pilates equipment while using the reformer- for example the ball and band
To remind students to slow down and create tempo in the class
To give students breaks when moving between different series
