Assessor comments / feedback to student: A fantastic class and was able to adjust the class to people’s needs.. she has a lovely way of teaching the flow was fantastic and there was very little spring change so the class flowed really nicely. Elena did a pelvic tilt during the class to get realignment before rising into the bridge which was really nice. She’s very confident and very aware of the body and alignment throughout the whole sequence.
