Class flow & transition notes: I use clear cues, prepare clients for the next exercise before the last rep, make equipment changes together, and keep transitions quick to maintain the flow of the class.
Individual attention strategy: I'll circulate during Footwork to check alignment, during the strength exercises to correct technique and shoulder stability, and during stretching to encourage good posture and safe movement. I'll give positive, individual feedback while keeping the whole group moving.
