- Coaching Considerations:
- Allow extra warm-up time in Footwork - prioritize hip flexor release before loading
- Monitor range of motion in Frogs, Leg Circles & Hamstring Stretch - avoid forcing end range
- Cue scapular depression throughout all arm and rowing exercises to address shoulder tightness
- Use Swan Prep and Pulling Straps in cool-down to open the anterior shoulder & chest

Single leg press can be modified with non working leg bent with foot on carriage & if one side is weaker than the other spring tension can be reduced.
