Challenges I experienced: The body felt really challenged due to increase of intensity but overall really enjoyed it

Insights for my teaching: For my own teaching practise, different types of classes and intensity shows that variation is beneficial to your mind and body

Reflection: When intensity was increased today I felt my concentration and confidence was way bettet

Insights for my teaching: As I mentioned before, slow controlled exercises are important

Reflection: I def feel my concentration and confidence has vastly improved the more sessions I do
