Class flow & transition notes: Tried to keep exercises consistent,didnt want clients up and down off carriage.,
Individual attention strategy: When clients are lying supine,make sure that they pelvis is pressed against carriage..almost make sure clients are challenged but also maintaining proper spring strength so they can complete exercise.. and also listening out for short passive breaths from client,and that they aren’t holding breath in while doing exercises

Management notes: Few people were banging carriage so adjusted spring strength..transition went well.. safety of clients went well as I explained safety rules at start of class

Reflection: Felt a bit nervous but did a bit of deep breathing to calm nervous system. Next class would probably be work more in peoples breathing technique.. few struggled with flattening back while lying in supine position
