We then warmed up with some dynamic stretching before getting ready for our session ahead.

When we finished our resistance we did a plank for 30 seconds with an active recovery of ankle touches.

We did ski machine for 500M as fast as we could. Client for 3.45minutes.

We done a cool down by doing some light jogging and dynamic stretching.

Reasons for Planned Sessions65 words

Reasons for changes in Mesocycle 2: I have changed from some machine exercises into barbell exercises as my clients mobility, stability and core is getting better.

Reasons for changes in Mesocycle 3: I would start to add weight into my clients exercises and start building more and maybe incorporate some plyometrics into excercises into the programme. Giving it is what my clients is happy with.
