The Reformer Group Teaching Practical Assessment has 6 sections and 29 criteria total. Each criterion is graded HC / C / D / NYC; the sheet weights each section and calculates the result automatically.

• Grade scale: HC = Highly Competent (3) · C = Competent / Pass (2) · D = Developing (1) · NYC = Not Yet Competent (0).
• S1 — Professional Presentation & Class Intro (5 criteria · 10%).
• S2 — Teaching Skills for Groups (7 criteria · 25%).
• S3 — Managing Multiple Clients (5 criteria · 25%).
• S4 — Modifications & Adaptations in Group Context (4 criteria · 20%).
• S5 — Cueing, Presence & Energy (5 criteria · 15%) — includes the "true purpose" universal criterion.
• S6 — Session Closure (3 criteria · 5%).
• Final grade bands: ≥ 90% Distinction · 75–89% Merit · 60–74% Pass · < 60% Referral.
